摘要
作为指导我国今后一段时间食品安全行动的指针,食品安全战略制定应充分体现前瞻性和科学性,有三个问题需要关注:如何在我国食品安全的发展历程中定位食品安全战略、如何解决政策与治理协同问题、如何持续提升食品安全各相关主体的能力。本文对三个问题进行了分析,并简要指出了解决问题的方向。
As a guide of food safety act for next period of time,food security strategy should be fully prospective and scientific. There are three issues that need to be paid attention to including how to locate food safety strategy in the course of development of China＇s food safety,how to solve the harmonious problem of food policy and management,and how to continuously improve the ability of food safety related subjects. This paper analyzed these three problems and briefly pointed out the direction of solving these problems.
