摘要
基于适老化设计和高层适居设计等相关理论,融合持续照料和全龄居住等设计理念,以哈尔滨地区为对象开展高层住居实态调研,进而提出城市高层住居空间适老化设计的框架、策略和主要方法,以期为城市高层住居的适老化发展提供一定理论依据和设计指导。
This paper takes Harbin as an example to elaborate on the theoretical framework, strategies and main methods of design for the elderly, which integrates the design concepts of continuing care and inter-generational assistance, in the hope of providing theoretical reference and design guidance for urban high-rise residence adaptive to the elderly.
