摘要
当今社会,高校改革发展的重点之一是建立校院两级管理体制,并在此背景下对高校学生工作进行调整与改革。以校院两级管理体制下的学生工作现状以及体制改革中存在的问题为研究对象,对现阶段高校校院两级管理体制下的学生管理工作的内涵及意义提出了自己的认识,并对高校校院两级管理体制下学生工作的机制改革提出四点建议:第一,制定准确的学生工作目标;第二,构建院系主导的校院两级学生工作机制;第三,建立科学合理的学生工作考核及评价机制;第四,全面提升校院两级管理层的管理水平,加强学生工作管理的队伍建设。
In today＇s society,one of the key points of the reform and development of colleges and universities is to establish the two levels＇ management system of colleges and universities,adjust and reform the work of college students under this background. Based on the existing situation of two levels of student work management system of university and college as well as the problems in the reform of the systems are analyzed,the cognition about the connotation and significance of the two levels＇ management system of the university academy under the management of the students is put forward,and four suggestions are also put forward to reform student work mechanism of two level management system： First,to establish the exact goal; second,to construct the mechanism of two levels ＇students work dominated by faculty; third,to establish the scientific,reasonable assessment and evaluation mechanism of students＇ work; fourth,to enhance the management quality of two levels＇,strengthen the team construction of student work management.
