摘要
[目的/意义]研究信息传播因素对惠农政策满意度的影响,在信息传播层面为提升惠农政策满意度提供一些可行性政策建议。[方法/过程]该研究通过构筑研究假设并进行相关性分析,在实际问卷调查的基础上,应用统计软件Stata12.0进行数据分析。[结果/结论]经研究可知:有关信息传播变量和部分人口学因素变量对惠农政策满意度有影响,且十分显著;信息传输路径畅通度影响农民对于惠农政策的满意度评价。惠农政策信息全程的高效传播至关重要,必须高度重视惠农政策信息的针对性,加大政策信息宣传透明度,搭建政策信息监控平台,加强惠农政策信息监管,形成良好的惠农政策信息反馈机制。
[Purpose/Significance]This is an empirical study on the influence of information dissemination factors on the satisfaction of benefiting-farmers policies,and is to provide some feasible suggestions for improving the policy satisfaction level in the dissemination of information. [Method/Process]The study built the research hypothesis and then carried on the correlation analysis,utilized statistical software STATA 12. 0 to analyze the data on the basis of the actual questionnaire survey. [Result/Conclusion]The result is： the satisfaction of benefiting-farmers policies is affected obviously by a variety of factors such as information communication variables,demographic variables and information transmission path smoothness. The efficient dissemination of information on the satisfaction of benefiting-farmers policies is essential; to which great importance must be attached. On the other hand,transparency of information policy should be increased,a monitoring platform of policy information should be built,strict and effective supervision and management be implemented and information of benefiting-farmers policies feedback mechanism be established.
