摘要
采用稀土元素Ce经浸渍法制备了Ce/HZSM-5分子筛,并采用BET、XRD、SEM、TG、FT-IR、Py-IR表征手段对催化剂的孔道变化、结构、形貌、热稳定性及酸性变化进行测试,在固定床单程管式微反应器上进行催化苯与甲醇制甲苯反应的性能评价。结果表明,Ce/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂在苯/甲醇的摩尔比为1、反应压力1.5 MPa、温度400℃、反应时间3.5h、质量空速2.5h^(-1)、Ce负载质量分数4%、催化剂装填量2.5g的条件下,苯的转化率可达73.72%,目标产物甲苯的选择性和收率分别为56.77%和41.85%。
Ce/HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalysts were prepared by impregnation method using rare earth element(Ce)as raw material.The pore channel,structure,morphology,thermal stability and acidity of Ce/HZSM-5 were characterized by BET, XRD,SEM, TG,FT-IR and Py-IR,respectively.And the catalytic evaluation of the molecular sieves was carried out by using a fixed bed single pass tube microreactor.Experimental results show that under the conditions that benzene and toluene molar ratio of 1∶1,reaction pressure of 1.5 MPa,reaction temperature of 400℃,reaction time of 3.5 h,MHSV=2.5 h-1,4% of Ce loading and 2.5 g Ce/HZSM-5 catalyst loaded,the conversion of benzene is up to 73.72%,the selectivity and yield of toluene of target product are 56.77% and 41.85%,respectively.
