摘要 介绍近年来苯/甲苯与甲醇烷基化反应中ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的改性方法,对两种烷基化反应在金属改性和金属氧化物改性方面进行深入研究。概述苯与甲醇烷基化反应中对酸处理与碱处理的改性方法,探讨甲苯与甲醇烷基化反应中对非金属改性和非金属与金属复合改性方法。分析反应物的转化率以及产物选择性,综述不同改性方法改性的ZSM-5分子筛催化性能特点。 The modification methods of ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalysts for alkylation of benzene/toluene with methanol in recent years were introduced. Two kinds of alkylation reaction over ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalysts modified by metal and metal oxide were studied. In the alkylation of benzene with methanol, the modification methods of ZSM-5 molecular sieves by acid treatment and alkali treatment were summarized, and the modification methods of non-metallic and the composite modification methods of non-metallic and metal in the alkylation of toluene with methanol were discussed. Through the analysis of the reactant conversion and the selectivity to products, the catalytic modified by different methods were reviewed.
