摘要
党中央、国务院高度重视高等教育在实现国家发展战略中的作用,而"双一流"建设是党和国家站在历史发展的高度作出的教育兴国、民族强盛的重大战略决策,明确了新时期高等教育的发展方向。辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作队伍的核心力量,在"双一流"建设中有着发挥重要作用的强大空间。本文以辅导员在高校"双一流"建设中的作用为切入点,通过对辅导员岗位胜任能力的分析,对辅导员在"双一流"建设中自身的素质建设和能力培养提出了要求,为高校进行辅导员的选拔、培养和考核提供了参考。
The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the role of higher education in realizing the national development strategy. The construction of "double first-class"is a major strategic decision made by the party and the country standing at the height of historical development to rejuvenate the country and prosperous the nation through education. As the core of the ideological and political education work team,the counselor plays an important role in the construction of"double first-class". This paper takes the role of counselors in the construction of"double first-class"as an introduction,through the analysis of the competence of counselors puts forward the requirements of counselors ' quality construction and capacity cultivation in "double first-class "construction providing a reference for counselors selection,training and assessment in colleges and universities.
