摘要 云南麒麟复烤厂通过开发烟叶入库机械卸货系统,改变了烟叶收储入库物流模式,提高了卸货效率。但初期的机械卸货系统存无法满足高峰期卸货需求的问题。为提高麒麟复烤厂烟包卸货系统装框效率,提出了EMLAHP-CA(专家会议法-层次分析法-因果分析法)方法,该方法对影响卸货系统装框时间的因素进行定性和定量分析,利用专家会议法对影响卸货系统装框时间的因素进行确定,使用层次分析法构建判断矩阵、计算其权重及结果的一致性检验,采用因果分析法得出定量化烟包卸货系统因果分析图,为缩短烟包卸货系统装框时间提供了改善设计的依据。实施结果表明:该方法有效减少了装框运行时间、降低了运行成本和提高了装框效率,该方法简单易用,是一种符合企业群体决策的方法。 Yunnan Kirin Redrying Factory,with the help of tobacco storage machinery unloading system,changed the tobacco storage and storage logistics mode,improved the efficiency of unloading. However,the initial mechanical cigarette unloading system still had a long time to unload and could not meet the peak demand for unloading. In order to solve the problem of long-time loading in tobacco bag unloading system,the method of EML-AHP-CA( Expert Meeting Method-Analytic Hierarchy Process-Causal Analysis) was put forward. The method is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the factors influencing the time of unloading in unloading system. The method of expert conference is used to determine the factors that influence the unloading time of unloading system. The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the discriminant matrix and to calculate the consistency of the unwinding system. A causal analysis chart of the quantitative cigarette unloading system was obtained by using the causal analysis method,which provided the basis for improving the design time to shorten the frame unloading time of the cigarette unloading system. The implementation results show that the method effectively reduces the operation time of the frame assembly and reduces the operation Cost and improve the efficiency of the boxing,that the method is simple and easy to use,is a way to meet the business community decision-making.
