摘要
战略管理作为企业兴衰成败的决定因素和企业各项战略的核心和主导,其地位和作用越来越受到广泛的认识。本文运用了系统的观点,对中国航空油料集团公司的内外部环境进行了分析并构建了发展战略指标体系。采用层次分析法确定了发展战略指标体系权重,在中国航空油料集团公司SWOT分析综合评分图及发展态势分析的基础上提出了企业发展战略,并最终构建了中国航空油料集团公司企业发展战略框架。
As the decisive factor of the enterprise's development or failure and the dominance of the enterprise strategies, strategy management is becoming more and more important in its status and effect. This paper analyzes the inside and the outside conditions of China Aviation Oil Holding Company with the systemic theory and sets up a target system of development strategy. By using the analytical hierarchy process, the weight of the target system development strategy is confirmed. The paper also puts forward the enterprise development strategy based on the SWOT analysis-grade diagram and its development trend analysis, and then tries to construct the strategy frame of the development of China Aviation Oil Holding Company.
