摘要
以废旧NiCoMn三元材料为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备了LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2锂离子电池正极三元复合材料。通过XRD、SEM、蓝电测试仪对其结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明,该材料不仅具有较好的层状结构,还具有多孔特性。在2.75~4.30 V、0.2C测试条件下,800℃煅烧8 h的样品具有相对较好的电化学性能,其首次放电容量为165.8 m Ah/g,库伦效率约86.8%,经过50次循环后,容量保持率约为93.3%。
An eligible ternary cathode material for Lithium ion batteries,LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2,was synthesized by sol-gel self-propagating combustion method using waste NiCoMn ternary material as raw material.The microstructure,morphology and electrochemical performance were characterized by XRD,SEM and Land Testing.Results indicated that the material had a good layered structure and characteristics of high porosity.Under the test conditions of 2.75 4.30 V and 0.2C,the sample,calcined at 800 ℃ for 8 hours,had better electrochemical performance,with a discharge capacity of 165.8 mAh/g,coulomb efficiency of 86.8% and capacity retention rate around 93.3% after 50 cycles.
