摘要
将综述和实验相结合,先介绍电感耦合等离子体质谱法的定义和用法,然后利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测纸质食品接触材料,实验中注意相关方法和校正操作,检测铅、汞、镉、铬、锰、铜、锌、砷和镍9种元素的含量,发现材料中存在7种金属元素,且出现含量超标的问题,对食品安全造成不利影响,需予以重视。
Combined summary and experiment, first introduced the definition and usage of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry detection paper food contact materials, the attention of the relevant methods and correction operation to detect the content of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, manganese, copper, zinc, arsenic, nickel 9 elements the results showed that there are seven kinds of metal elements in the material, and the content exceed the standard problem, would adversely affect the food safety, should be paid attention to.
