摘要
塑料包装材料与食品接触过程中其内部化学物会向食品发生迁移而污染食品。从＂微观＂角度探讨了化学物的迁移机理,并分析了影响迁移的主要因素。
During contacting with food,chemical substances of plastic packaging materials may migrate into food and contaminate it.The microcosmic mechanism of migration of chemical substances was discussed and the main affecting factors were analyzed.
