高海拔地区冠心病患者促甲状腺激素水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between level of thyroid stimulating hormone and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease in high altitude area

摘要 目的探讨高海拔地区冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选择2015年1月~2017年1月于青海省人民医院诊断为冠心病患者161例,男性87例,女性74例。根据冠状动脉病变程度分为单支病变组(62例)、双支病变组(44例)、多支病变组(55例)。检测三组血脂、血糖、血压、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、TSH水平并计算Gensini总积分。结果三组年龄、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、FT4、TSH、收缩压比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。高海拔地区冠心病患者的TSH水平与Gensini积分之间呈正相关,相关系数为0.82(P<0.05)。结论高海拔地区冠心病患者促甲状腺激素水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关。 Objective To discuss the correlation between level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in high altitude area. Methods CHD patients (n=161, male 87 and female 74) were chosen from People’s Hospital of Qinghai Province from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2017. All patients were divided, according to severity of coronary artery lesions, into 1-vessel lesion group (n=62), 2-vessel lesion group (n=44) and multi-vessel lesion group (n=55). The levels of blood fat, blood sugar, blood pressure (BP), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxin (FT4) and TSH were detected, and the total Gensini integrals were calculated. Results The difference in age, total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), FT4, TSH and systolic blood pressure had statistical significance among 3 groups (all P〈0.05). TSH level and Gensini integrals showed a positive correlation (r=0.82, P〈0.05) in CHD patients in high altitude area. Conclusion TSH level is positively correlated to severity of coronary artery lesions in CHD patients in high altitude area.
