摘要
冠心病已成为全球最主要的死亡原因之一,而冠脉炎症在冠心病发展中起着重要作用。目前冠状动脉CT血管成像作为临床上检测冠心病的一线研究工具,由此延伸的冠状动脉钙化评分(Coronary Calcium Score,CACS)及CT血流储备分数在冠心病风险分层及限流性狭窄方面提供了更多信息,但在动脉粥样硬化早期阶段的预测价值仍较有限,而冠脉周围脂肪衰减指数(Fat Attenuation Index,FAI)对冠心病的诊断及预后预测有增量价值。本文基于现有的文献资料,结合相关实验研究,归纳冠脉周围FAI及其影像组学在冠心病中的应用,旨在为检测早期冠心病提供一定的技术支持。
Coronary heart disease has become one of the most important causes of death in the world.Coronary CT angiography is now widely used as a first-line research tool to detect coronary heart disease.The extended coronary artery calcification score and fractional flow reserve based on coronary computed tomography angiography provide more information on coronary heart disease risk stratification and flow limiting stenosis,but the predictive value in the early stage of atherosclerosis is still limited,and coronary inflammation plays an important role in the development of the disease,The extended pericoronary fat attenuation index(FAI)has incremental value in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease.Based on the existing literature and relevant experimental research,this paper comprehensively discusses and summarizes the application of pericoronary FAI and its radiomics in coronary heart disease,in order to provide some technical support for detection of early coronary heart disease.
