摘要
为了探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体B(TrkB)蛋白在幼犬生殖器官中的表达情况,选取4只40日龄左右的幼犬分别进行手术采集卵巢、子宫、输卵管和睾丸样品,运用免疫组织化学方法分析BDNF和TrkB蛋白在这4种器官中的分布情况。结果表明,BDNF蛋白在卵泡细胞胞质中强表达,在初级卵母细胞中表达较弱,而TrkB仅在卵泡细胞中表达,此外,BDNF和TrkB都在卵巢间质细胞中表达。BDNF和TrkB在子宫内膜上皮和腺上皮以及输卵管黏膜上皮细胞中都有表达,TrkB在子宫和输卵管的固有层和肌层部分细胞中也可见表达。BDNF和TrkB都在睾丸的精原细胞中表达。结果提示,BDNF蛋白对幼犬生殖器官的活动有一定的调节作用,可能通过与其受体TrkB的特异性结合来实现其功能。
To investigate the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and its receptor tropomyosin receptor kinase B(TrkB) protein in puppy reproductive organ,the ovary,uterus,oviduct and testis in four puppies about 40 days old were operated and the expression of BDNF and TrkB was analyzed using immunohistochemistry method. The results showed that BDNF was expressed strongly in follicle cells and weakly in primary oocyte of primordial follicles.TrkB was only expressed in follicle cells.BDNF and TrkB were expressed in the ovary stroma cells.Both of BDNF and TrkB were expressed in the uterine mucosa epithelium,glandular epithelium and tubal mucosa epithelial cells.Moreover,TrkB was observed in the uterus and fallopian tubes lamina propria and muscular layer.Both of BDNF and TrkB were expressed in spermatogonium.The results suggested BDNF might involve in regulation on the activities of the gonad and the genital tract in puppies,by specifically combined with its receptor TrkB to realize regulating function.
