摘要 采用RT-PCR方法及免疫组织化学技术检测脑源性神经长生因子BDNF基因在母牛卵泡期和黄体期的卵巢、输卵管和子宫组织中的表达和定位情况。结果表明:BDNF mRNA表达于上述2个时期3种组织中,主要表达于卵巢的颗粒细胞和膜细胞、输卵管的黏膜上皮细胞、子宫内膜上皮细胞及子宫腺细胞,且各组织间免疫活性的表达强度明显不同。 In the experiment, by RT- PCR and immunohistochemistry, the expression and location of BDNF mRNA in ovary, oviduct and uterus from luteal phase and follicular phase ovary of cattle were detected. The results showed that the mRNA and protein of BDNF were present in the above three tissues of two periods, mainly expressed in granular cell and theca cell of ovary, epithelium mucosae oviducal cell, endometria endothelial cell and uterine gland, and the intensity of expression was distinct to different tissues.
