摘要
设计了一套双轴太阳跟踪器,系统采用太阳固定轨迹跟踪和光电跟踪两种方式相结合的新型跟踪方式。晴天时,先根据计算得到的太阳高度角和方位角控制电动机进行粗略跟踪,再使用光电传感器实现精确跟踪;阴雨天时,光照强度不够,光敏传感器的干扰较大,此时单独使用太阳固定轨迹方式。实用结果表明,该系统能够实现精确实时跟踪太阳,保证太阳能利用率达到最高。
We designed a set of dual axis solar tracker. The system adopts a new tracking method which is based on the combination of the two tracking modes of the sun fixed trajectory tracking and photoelectric tracking. On a sunny day,the calculated solar altitude angle and the azimuth angle are used to control motor realize the rough tracking,and then the photoelectric sensor is used to achieve accurate tracking. In rainy days,the light intensity is not enough,the noise and the photosensitive sensor lead to great error. At this time the sun is used to alone fix path way. The practical results show that the system can achieve accurate and real-time tracking of the sun,and can ensure the highest utilization rate of solar energy.
