不同NDF/NFC比值日粮对反刍动物瘤胃环境和氮素利用的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目前,随着我国畜牧业的发展,氮排泄对环境的压力和养殖成本问题使得人们对减少蛋白质饲料的使用和提高氮的利用率的需求越来越高。不同结构的碳水化合物在瘤胃中发酵程度和速度也并不相同,进而会影响到其他营养物质在瘤胃中的消化和吸收。本文从日粮不同比例的中性洗涤纤维和非纤维性碳水化合物(NDF/NFC)对反刍动物采食量、瘤胃内环境和含氮物质代谢的影响等方面,综述了近年来国内外的相关研究进展。 At present, with the development of animal husbandry in China, the pressure of nitrogen excretion on environment and the breeding cost make more and more demanding to reduce protein feed and improve nitrogen utilization. The fermentation degree and speed of different structure carbohydrates are not the same, which will affect the digestion and absorption of other nutrients in the rumen. In this paper, it reviewed the recent research progress on ruminant intake, ruminal environment and nitrogen metabolism of different proportions of neutral detergent fiber and non cellulosic carbohydrate.
