摘要
随着互联网的发展,基于地理位置信息的社交软件（GSN apps）逐步流行于男男性行为者（MSM）中。2015年末,GSN apps在我国MSM中的普及率约达到了86%~100%。为了提高GSN apps研究意识,对其发展情况及其对MSM性行为造成的影响做出以下几个方面的综述。首先,GSN apps改变了传统的男男性寻求方式,使得男男性行为变得更为便捷,增加了MSM的性行为频率。其次,GSN apps还改变了男男性行为的方式,助长了无保护性行为、群体性行为和物质滥用。尽管GSN apps的发展对艾滋病防控工作带来了新的挑战,研究表明GSN apps在艾滋病的防控方面也能够发挥积极的干预作用。目前,国内对GSN apps的研究依然相当缺乏,未来应努力拓展新的研究领域和方法,使GSN apps在艾滋病防控工作中发挥更好作用。
With the fast development of internet,geosocial networking applications become a new trend among men who have sex with men（MSM）.By the end of 2015,the popularizing rate of GSN apps in the gay population in China reached 86% -100% .In order to strengthen the sense of research of GSN apps,this article reviewed studies of the development of GSN apps and its influence on sexual contact in the following aspects.First,the GSN apps changed the traditional way of sex-seeking among MSM,and increased the convenience and frequency of their sexual contact.Second,GSN apps also changed the way of MSM exposed to sex,contributing to unprotected sex,group sex,and substance abuse.Though the development of GSN apps brings new challenges to AIDS prevention and intervention,researches show that GSN apps can play apositive role in AIDS prevention and intervention.At present,the domestic GSN apps researches are not sufficient,it＇s necessary to expand new research areas and methods in the future to make them more effective in AIDS prevention and intervention.
