摘要
利用三维建模软件UG,设计了一种由同步齿形带传动的带"8"字形轨道的三维编织机模型,完成了零部件设计和虚拟样机装配等整台机器的结构设计。这种三维编织机能针对编织预成型件的结构形状、编织角、纱线覆盖因子和纱线体积分数的要求进行快速编织;通过在芯轴上编织的方式,纱线沿三个方向排列,形成三维编织物,其具有相对稳定的结构和良好的力学性能。
A model of 3D braiding machines whh track plate of "8"shape, driven by the synchronous toothed belt, was designed by using the 3D modeling software UG. The de, sign of structure of the whole machine, such as the design of parts and virtural prototype assembly, was completed. The 3D braiding machine could rapidly braid according to the requirtnents of the strucchtral shape of woven preforms, braiding angles, yarn coverage factor and fiber volume, ratio. By braiding on Ihe mandrel, the yarns were arranged in three directions to form a 3D braided fabric, which had relatively stable structure and good mechanical properties.
