摘要
针对传统的电子秤存在测量精度不高、水平低等问题,文章结合单片机及传感器技术,以铝型材构建框架,通过电路设计及软件设计,制作了一种具有清零、单价设置、超重报警等功能的智能电子秤,并且进行了样机装配和测试;测试结果表明,该电子秤操作简单、测量精度高、测量误差小,精度可以达到0.5%,实现了设计目标,具有一定的应用价值。
There are some problems in traditional electronic scale, such as the measurement accuracy is not hight and lower level, so a kind of intelligent electronic-scale is designed, it uses single-chip microcomputer and sensor technology, building frame based on aluminium materials, it has some functions by circuit design and software design,for example, zero clearing, unit price set, overload alarm and so on. The prototype are assembled and tested. The result show that the electronic scale operation is simple, measuring amount of accuracy is high, measuring error is small, the precision can achieve 0.5%. The electronic scale achieves the design goals and has some application value.
