摘要
随着建筑产业现代化的发展,装配式技术得到了大力的推广,预制构件在装配式建筑的出现的比例也越来越高,如果不同专业在设计阶段没有配合协调好,则预制构件在现场施工安装的过程中必然会带来诸多的冲突,因此,装配式建筑中引入BIM(建筑信息模型)技术显得十分有必要。文章主要介绍了BIM技术的特点,分析了BIM技术在装配式建筑设计中的应用,以及BIM技术在实际应用中的问题及对策。
With the development of construction industry modernization, prefabricated technology is in extensive promotion, and the percentage of precast components in prefabricated building is becoming higher and higher. Prefabricated components in the construction and installation process will inevitably bring a lot of conflict if the different profession in a mass chaos in design stage. Therefore, BIM（Building Information modeling） technology plays a necessary role in prefabricated building. This paper focuses on the advantage of BIM and analyzes the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building structural design, the BIM technology in the practical application problems and countermeasures are also discussed.
