摘要
装配式建筑已经成为我国现代建筑行业发展的主要潮流,而作为建筑信息化主要工具的BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型)技术也大大促进了建筑业的发展。通过对近几年来装配式建筑以及BIM技术应用的综述性文章进行研究,文章综合分析了装配式建筑和BIM技术各自的优势,并且对BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用进行探究,旨在实现装配式建筑项目全寿命周期管理的合理化和科学化,最终在装配式建筑中形成一个连贯的信息平台。
The fabricated building has become the main trend of the development of modern construction industr in China. As themain tool of building infonnation,BIM （building information modeling） has greatly promoted the development of construction industry. Basedon the review of the papers about the fabricated buildings and BIM technology in recent years, this paper analyzes the advantages of fabricated architecture and BIM technology, then explores the application of BIM technology in fabricated architecture. It aims to realize the rationalization and scientification of project lifecycle management in fabricated construction project, and finally form a coherent information platform in the fabricated building.
