摘要
目的分析尿液分析仪隐血检验与显微镜红细胞计数对尿隐血的检验效果。方法选取江苏省南京医科大学第二附属医院2016年2月—2017年3月行尿隐血检查患者80例,均采用尿液分析仪和显微镜红细胞计数检验。比较两种检测方法尿隐血阳性率及尿隐血检验符合率。结果与显微镜红细胞计数检验相比,尿液分析仪隐血检验方式尿隐血阳性率略高,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。若将显微镜红细胞计数检验结果作为尿隐血的判断标准,则尿液分析仪隐血检验的敏感度为88.89%,假阳性率为11.29%,假阴性率为11.11%;若将尿液分析仪尿隐血检验结果作为尿隐血的判断标准,则显微镜红细胞计数检验的敏感度为69.56%,假阳性率为3.51%,假阴性率为30.43%。结论尿液分析仪隐血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验在尿隐血检验中结果类似,可作为临床首选检验方法,对于存在可疑患者,实施显微镜红细胞计数检验可有效保障准确性,因此可依据患者的实际情况合理选择。
Objective To analyze the examination effect of urine analyzer occult blood test and microscopic examination of red blood cells in hematuria.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients underwent hematuria examination were selected from February 2016 to March 2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,all patients were tested with urine analyzer occult blood test and microscopic examination of red blood cells.The positive rate and coincidence rate of hematuria were compared between the two examination methods.Results The positive rate of the urine analyzer was slightly higher than that of the microscopic examination of red blood cells,but no statistically significant difference was found（P〉0.05）.The test results of microscopic examination of red blood cells were used as the standard,and the sensitivity,false positive rate and false negative of the urine analyzer respectively were 88.89%,11.29% and 11.11%.The examination results of the urine analyzer were used as the standard,the sensitivity,false positive rate and false negative rate of the microscopic examination of red blood cells respectively were 69.56%,3.51% and 30.43%.Conclusion The examination of the urine analyzer occult blood test is similar to microscopic examination of red blood cells,which can be used as a clinical first choices.If the existence of patients can be implemented,the implementation of microscope erythrocyte count test can make the accuracy guaranteed,so according to the actual situation of patients to make reasonable choice.
