依托校内生产实训基地开展学徒培养的可行性研究——以成都农业科技职业学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 "学校"+"校外企业"的学徒培养模式虽是当下全国各地试点工作的主要模式,但需建立在校企合作基础良好、各方保障机制完善的基础上。笔者从校内实训基地建设、师资构成、实习培训情况、学徒制运行的保障要素等方面进行分析。结果表明:依托校内生产实训基地开展学徒培养是切实可行的,具有灵活、方便、可控等诸多优势,尤其是涉农专业的学徒培养,能够很好地弥补校企模式的短板,增加人才培养模式,切实为现代农业发展培养更多复合型人才。 Although the school-enterprise cooperation mode was the chief mode of apprentice training all over the country at present, it need to be established on the basis of good relationship between schools and enterprises and the perfect guarantee mechanisms. Many aspects were analyzed in this paper, involving the construction of training base, teaching staff, training situation and guarantee mechanism and so on. The results showed that it was feasible to carry out apprentice training by basing on production training base in school. There were many advantages in this mode, such as flexibility, convenience, controllability, etc., especially the agricultural apprentice training. This mode could make up for the deficiency of the school-enterprise cooperation mode, increase the talent training mode and would be cultivating more compound talents for mod- em agriculture development.
