摘要
大型600 MW电厂锅炉设备中超长、超重件炉顶大板梁的吊装一直是锅炉安装中的难点问题。大板梁吊装方案的科学性、合理性对于保障施工安全、控制施工工期及降低施工成本有着重要的意义。对设计出的几种双车抬吊锅炉钢架大板梁吊装方案进行了分析与探讨。
The hoisting of the overlong and overweight top main girder of the boiler equipment in the large 600 MW power plant has always been a difficult problem in the installation of the boiler.The scientificity and rationality of the main girder hoisting scheme is of great significance for guaranteeing the safety of the construction,controlling the construction period and reducing the cost of construction.This paper analyses and discusses several hoisting schemes of main girder of steel frame for double car lifting boiler.
