摘要
统计笔者近14年来单纯全程使用中药治疗满3个月且临床数据完整的胃癌患者18例,结果治愈1例、好转7例、稳定6例、进展4例;1年生存率61.1%、2年生存率33.3%、5年生存率11.1%;中位生存期15个月,平均生存期28.3个月。提出中医药治疗胃癌的切入点,并报道7例单纯中药治疗的典型病例及常用验方,以供临床参考。
18 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma who were only treated with Chinese medicine for more than 3 months and had complete clinical data in the past 14 years were analyzed, which results were 1 case cured, 7 cases turned better, 6 cases stable and 4 cases developed; 1 year survival rate was 61.1% while 2 years was 33.3% and 5 years was 11.1%; median survival time was 15 months and mean survival time was 28.3 months.Then the author puts forward the breakthrough points of Chinese medicine in treatment of gastric carcinoma, and reports 7 typical cases that only treated with Chinese medicine and their commonly used prescriptions, in order to provide references for clinical practice.
