摘要
城市的文化不仅是城市竞争力的重要标志,更是城市转型最需要的复兴要素。本文基于研究了白浮泉这昌平的核心历史文化遗存,探讨了它在北京历史上的生命之根,进而提出白浮泉乃世界文化遗产中国大运河的重要"点段"之一,是大运河之"源",其价值不仅指导该项目城市设计也佐证了它在大运河线性遗产中不可或缺的历史地位。本项目进而深化研究龙山、凤山诸多历史遗迹,在永安城湮灭的历史遗憾下,提出一系列重新构建昌平城区文化城市、山水城市的设计手段。正如城市设计无法离开城市文化策划一样,项目设计文化品质的传承与提升,既离不开对重要历史资源整体挖掘的文化规划,更不可缺少对城市历史感的记录、建设与善待,也离不开大山水格局的梳理,"白浮泉-龙山"城市设计的命题提供了一个说服力强的案例。
Urban culture is not only an important symbol of urban competitiveness,but also an essential element for urban revitalization.This paper studies the Bai fu quan cultural heritage,discusses its role as the root of the Beijing city.It is proposed that the Bai fu quan is an important＂point＂and the＂source＂of the Grand Canal,which guide the related urban design project.This paper further studies historical sites Longshan and Fengshan,and put forward urban design strategies to reconstructing the urban culture in Changping District,under the historical regret of Yong＇an city annihilation.As urban design is connected to urban culture,the transmission and improvement of projects＇cultural quality is connected to the culture planning of historical resources,as well as the records and construction of urban history.The＂Bai fu quan-Longshan＂example is a convincing case of this sort.
