摘要
血管性痴呆是一种慢性进行性疾病,以大脑智能及认知功能障碍为主要表现的临床综合征,治疗上缺乏确切的疗法。脾在人体活动中占有重要地位,任何原因引起脾的运化、统血失常,均可致气亏血虚,或水停为痰,或血滞为瘀,或蕴积成毒,上蒙清窍,导致此病。此外,＂脾藏意＂情志异常在血管性痴呆的发病过程中也尤为重要。文章从脾论治血管性痴呆,阐述其病因病机,以补益脾气、化痰祛瘀为治疗原则,为中医血管性痴呆的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
Vascular dementia is a kind of chronic disease,with clinical brain intelligence and cognitive dysfunction as the main manifestations of the syndrome.There is no definite cure for the treatment.The spleen plays an important role in human activities,leads to abnormality of the spleen governing transportation and transformation and governing blood,Qi and blood deficiency,or phlegm and retained fluid,or blood stasis,or endogenous toxin,covered the upper orifices,cause the disease.In addition,the spleen storing meaning is of great importance in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia.The article discusses the treatment of vascular dementia through the spleen,expounds its etiology and pathogenesis,to invigorating spleen Qi,dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis for the treatment of the principle,to provide new ideas and methods for Chinese medicine treatment of vascular dementia.
