摘要
目的:利用均匀设计法分析铁元素对虫草素产量的影响。方法:采用均匀设计实验,以虫草素含量为检测标准,考察Fe2+添加量、Fe3+添加量及添加时间对虫草素产量的影响,并确定最佳方案。结果:利用均匀设计法得到的最佳实验方案为当Fe2+浓度为1.5 g·L^(-1),Fe3+浓度为1.3 g·L^(-1),第10天添加时可在每升蛹虫草发酵培养液中得到910.7 mg虫草素,与空白对照组相比含量提高了36.32%。结论:在培养基中添加铁元素会提高液体发酵蛹虫草产虫草素的产量。
Objective: To analyze the influence of iron elements on Cordycepin content by the uniform design. Methods: By using uniform design experiment we investigated the effects of Fe2 +addition,add time and Fe3 +addition on cordycepin content.Then the optimal experimental program was determined. Results: We could gain 910. 7 mg cordycepin in per liter of cordyceps militaris fermentation medium when the concentration of Fe2 +was 1. 5 g·L^(-1),Fe3+1. 3 g·L^(-1). On 10 th day,compared with the blank control group,the cordycepin content increased by 36. 32%. Conclusion: The cordycepin content in the liquid fermentation can be improved by addition of iron elements.
