摘要
针对现有的划线工序基本采取手工操作,其过程耗时、费力,效率低,设计一种多自由度机构,使划线头和喷墨头具有多个自由度,可在三维空间内实现无死角划线;通过智能控制系统对多自由度机构进行智能控制,使划线操作智能化、自动化。
In existing marking process, manual operation is taken, so the process is time-consuming, laborious, low efficiency. To overcome the problem, a multi DOF mechanism was designed, the scribing head and ink-jet head with multiple DOF could realized marking without dead line in three-dimensional space. The intelligent control system was used to intelligently control the multi DOF mechanism. Then the marking operation is intelligent and automatic.
