摘要
为解决输电网规划方案校验阶段中难以决策各个待选方案优劣的问题,将熵权法和多属性妥协决策(VIKOR)法相结合的评判方法应用于输电网规划方案综合评价中。采用熵权法客观确定指标权重,降低了评价过程中主观因素和不确定因素的影响。VIKOR法是近年来兴起的一种有效综合评价方法,己在多个领域成功运用。将VIKOR法应用于输电网规划方案综合评价中,结合熵权法建立了基于熵权VIKOR法的综合评价模型,并详细介绍了该方法求解输电网规划方案综合评价问题的具体步骤。IEEE Garver-6算例的计算结果证明了熵权VIKOR法的正确性、适用性及有效性。
To solve the problem that is good or not at the transmission network planning stages, entropy weight method and VIKOR method are applied to comprehensive evaluation of the transmission network planning. Entropy weight method are used in objective de- termine index weight, the effects of the subjective factors and the uncertainties can be reduced. In recent years, VIKOR method be- come a useful synthetic appraisement method, it is widely used in many fields successfully. Based on entropy weight method and VIKOR method, the comprehensive evaluation model is established, in this paper, the specific steps are introduced in detail about this method. Results of experiment show that it is accuracy, useful and effective.
