摘要
新疆某低品位高泥质铜矿常规浮选机工艺在保证回收率的前提下,生产的铜精矿品位较低且精选作业次数多、能耗高。针对此问题进行了浮选机、浮选柱联合浮选工艺的试验探究。通过试验工艺优化和浮选机、浮选柱联合,充分发挥了浮选柱分选精度高、对复杂矿石适应性好和浮选机回收能力强的优势,在保证铜回收率的情况下,减少精选作业次数,铜精矿品位有效提高5.98%。
On the premise of guaranteed recovery by conventional flotation machine towards Xinjiang copper ore high argillization with low grade, the grade of the produced Cu concentrate is low, and the process has many times of cleaner stages and high energy consumption. Targeting at above problems, the exploration tests were carried out on flotation machine and mixed flotation machine-column. By process optimization tests and flotation machine-column combination, the advantages of high separating accuracy of flotation column, good adaptability towards complex ore, and good recycling ability of flotation machine were fully exerted. In the case of copper recovery guarantee, the times of cleaner stage were reduced, and the grade of Cu concentrate effectively increased by 5.98%.
