摘要
通过某选厂铜系列铜矿浮选药剂,应用新药剂GN-1、XS-1进行了"一粗三精一扫"的工业试验研究与应用,铜精矿品位由19.20%提高到22.06%,回收率由88%提高到91.85%,尾矿品位由0.045%下降到0.029%,取得了较好得选别指标并且降低了药剂用量,经济效益显著提高。
The industrial experiment study and application of ＂one roughing-three concentrations-one scavenging＂ is carried out by using of new reagents GN - 1, XS - 1 through the optimization of copper flotation reagents in one copper dressing plant, the concentrate grade of copper is improved to 22. 06% from 19.20%, the recovery rate is improved to 91.85% from 88%, the tailings grade is decreased to 0. 029% from 0. 045%, which gets the better separating indicators, and reduces the dosage of reagents, the economic benefits improves greatly.
