摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了接种不同丛枝菌根真菌对万寿菊幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:接种不同丛枝菌根真菌对万寿菊幼苗保护酶活性、丙二醛含量、相对电导率和可溶性蛋白含量变化均具有显著的影响;且不同品种间存在显著差异,万寿菊LX-2-1接种复合菌种处理的SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量分别比对照提高了50.69%和32.27%,丙二醛含量和相对电导率分别比对照降低35.47%和44.55%。
The effects of inoculating with various arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the physiological characteristics of seedlingsof different marigold ( Tagetes erecta L.) varieties were studied through pot experiment. The results showed that the inoculationwith different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi had significant effects on the protective enzyme activity, malondialdehyde content, rela?tive conductivity and soluble protein content of marigold seedlings, and there were significant differences in these effects amongdifferent varieties. In the treatment of inoculation with compound arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, the SOD activity and solubleprotein content of marigold variety LX-2-1 were respectively 50.69% and 32.27% higher than those in the control, and the ma?londialdehyde content and relative conductivity were respectively 35.47% and 44.55% lower than those in the control.
