摘要 于温室盆栽条件下对狭叶薰衣草(Lavandula angustifolia)分别接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌Funneliformis mosseae、Glomus versiforme及二者的混合菌种,以不接种为对照,测定不同AM真菌接种处理对狭叶薰衣草生长以及光合作用的影响。结果表明,接种AM真菌的薰衣草株高、茎粗、叶面积、植株鲜重及干重均高于不接种对照,其中接种混合菌种处理对薰衣草的效应最大,其根系侵染率最高,为70%,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度以及叶片蒸腾速率均高于AM真菌单一接种处理。 Seeds of Lavandula angustifolia were inoculated with or without arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi Funneliformis mosseae,Glomus versiforme,and the mixed inocula of F.mosseae+ G.versiforme in pots under greenhouse conditions to evaluate effects of AM fungi on the growth and photosynthesis of L.angustifolia.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,plant fresh weight and dry weight of L.angustifoliainoculated with AM fungi were greater than that of control.The treatment with inoculation of mixed inocula of AM fungi gave the most benefit effects,with 70%of root colonization,and its chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance of leaves were higher than that of any single AM fungus inoculation.
