低碳经济视角下省域工业全要素能源效率分析 被引量:5

摘要 能源、环境、经济矛盾的日益突出引发学者对能源效率、环境效率的探索,选取分别位于中国东部、中部的10个省域工业作为研究对象,构建全要素模型并考虑非期望产出碳排放,采用Undesirable-DEA模型探索其共同前沿全要素能源效率。测算结果显示所选东部5省环境效率整体显著高于中部5省,其中广东、山东、江苏均处于技术前沿,进一步采用综合评估指数评价其效率差异,广东省居于首位、江苏次之、山东第三;从时间维度上看,东部、中部5省技术效率差距缩小。基于Tobit模型分析工业全要素能源效率影响因素,结果显示高附加值工业集中度、能源消费结构与全要素能源效率显著相关,高耗能行业集中度与其相关性不显著,出口贸易依存度虽通过显著性检验,但相关系数符号与理论推断相悖。 The contradiction of energy, environment and economy give rise to research among scholars. Based on existing researches, the paper chooses 10 provinces located in China's east and central, through undesirable-DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method, considering undesirable outputs as CO2 emissions, research the 10 provinces' common frontier total factor energy efficiency. It reveals that the east area gets higher levels than central area in eco-efficiency, and there are 3 provinces including Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shandong is at the technology forefront. Then using multivariate evaluation index to evaluate the 3 provinces, the paper finds that Guangdong is the most efficient area, Jiangsu is the second, Shandong is the third. And in time series, central's average get closed to the east. Based on the potential factors affecting the eco-efficiency with Tobit model, the papers introduces concentration of high value-added industry and the proportion of coal fuel are highly relevant with eco-efficiency and concentration degree and correlation of high energy consumption are not significant, export trade dependence has passed the significance test, but correlation coefficient signs are contrary to theoretical inference.
