摘要 自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层（spontaneous isolated superior mesenteric artery dissection,SISMAD）是指肠系膜上动脉（superior mesenteric artery,SMA）腔内的血液从SMA内膜撕裂口进入中膜,或由于SMA中膜滋养动脉破裂出血,使中膜分离,并沿SMA长轴方向扩展.
