摘要 与交流不同,直流电压下气固绝缘系统的电场分布取决于电介质的电导率。在绝缘系统电场由容性转化为阻性的同时,电荷在气固介质交界面积聚而改变了原有电场,导致其沿面闪络特性下降,制约着直流GIS的工程应用。目前关于直流GIS绝缘介质电场的仿真和试验研究已成为国际上的热点,文中对此进行系统性的综述,包括:GIS直流电场的数学计算模型,不同介质的电气特性,GIS绝缘子表面电荷测量方法,表面电荷测量系统等。最后,对直流GIS相关仿真和试验研究工作给出了建议。 Different from the AC, the electric field distribution of the gas-solid insulation system under DC voltage depends on the conductivity of the insulation. When the electric field of the insulation system is converted from the capacitive to the resistive, the charges that accumulate on the insulator surface change the original electric field, which leads to the decrease of the flashover characteristics along the surface, and restricts the engineering application of DC GIS. At present, the simulation and experimental research on the electric field of DC GIS insulation system has become a hot topic in the world, this paper reviews this systematically, including the mathematical model of GIS DC electric field, the electrical characteristics of different mediums, the surface charge measurement method of GIS insulator, surface charge measurement system, etc. Finally, some suggestions are given for the simulation and experimental research on DC GIS.
