摘要
干式连接是一种适用于全装配式混凝土结构的高精度连接方式。结合某装配式停车楼工程,分别对各类构件的干式连接安装方式的关键技术进行了阐述,包括快速定位的限位夹具、保障安装精度的稳固系统、预应力双T板防漏浆措施以及高效施工的安装工艺。另外,针对墙板变形、墙板垂直度误差、楼面梁倾斜、双T板板面偏差等常见安装精度问题,进行了成因分析,并给出了相应处理措施。
The dry-connection in precast concrete structure is a connection type with high requirements of accuracy,which is suitable for full precast structure. Based on an actual project of precast concrete parking structure with dry-connection,the key technologies of the dry-connection for each structure components are clarified. It includes the limit location fixtures for fast localization,the fixation system ensuring the installation accuracy,the leaking proof measures for pre-stress double-tee slabs and the installation technology of efficient construction. In addition, the causes of problems such as wall distortion,wall verticality deviation,beam inclination,double-tee-slabs deviation are analyzed and the corresponding treatment measures are provided.
