摘要 施工安装过程中预制构件钢筋碰撞、构件裂损、安装定位效率过低等问题逐渐凸显,究其原因,设计的合理性因素占了较大比例。提高装配式建筑的易建性需要从方案设计和深化设计2方面考虑。首先介绍了新加坡易建性设计评价标准,并在此基础上提出了方案设计阶段应考虑的设计要点;其次,在总结现阶段装配式建筑现场常见施工问题的基础上,以施工易建性为目标,从构件深化设计层面总结了装配式建筑在设计和深化中的技术要点。 The problems such as the steel bars collision of prefabricated components,cracking and damage of components,and low installation and positioning efficiency in the installation process become increasingly prominent. The rationality of design accounts for a large proportion of the causes. The improvement of the buildability of prefabricated buildings requires the consideration of both scheme design and component detailed design. In this paper,based on introducing the buildable design appraisal system in Singapore,the design method of prefabricated construction considering the buildability target at the stage of scheme design is proposed. On the basis of summarizing the common construction problems in the prefabricated construction site,for the goal of construction buildability,this paper also summarizes the design points in the stage of prefabricated construction component design.
