摘要
目的观察红光治疗护理在烧伤患者头部供皮区中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的头部供皮烧伤患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例,对照组患者采用传统治疗护理,观察组患者采用红光治疗护理。比较2组患者的头皮愈合时间,护理时间、费用,以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者头皮供皮区愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者每天对创面护理的时间明显短于对照组,且治疗总费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对治疗及护理的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红光治疗护理用于烧伤患者头部供皮区效果显著,能明显缩短患者伤处的愈合时间,减少护理人员工作量及患者治疗费用,同时能提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care by red light therapy for scalp donor sites in patients with bums.Methods 96 patients with burns of scalp donor sites in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and care, while in observation group were treated with red light treatment and care, the scalp healing time, nurse time, cost of care, and satisfaction difference between the two groups were compared.Results The healing time of patients in observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The daily nurse time of patients in observation group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the total cost of the patients in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The red light therapy for the treatment of scalp donor sites in patients with burns had significant effects, can significantly shorten the wound healing time, reduce the workload of nurses and patients＇ treatment costs, while improving care satisfaction of patient,so it was a efficient and safe treatment which worthy of promotion in clinical.
