摘要
目的对比红光治疗与传统方法对烧伤患者头部供皮区的治疗护理效果。方法将101例行头部供皮的烧伤患者,按照临床入院时间分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用红光治疗,对照组采用传统涂药加吹风机吹干治疗,观察两组头皮愈合时间、护士工作量和治疗费用的差异。结果试验组在烧伤患者头部供皮区的愈合时间、护士工作量和费用方面,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用红光治疗对烧伤患者头部供皮区的治疗护理效果明显优于传统涂药加吹风机吹干的方法,能明显减轻患者的痛苦,并提高护理工作效率。
Objective To evaluate the Effect of red light therapy on scalp donor sites in patients with bums. Methods Totally 101 burn patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the control group received traditional treatment with ointment and dry-blowing. The patients in the experimental group received red light therapy. The heal- ing time,nursing hours and treatment costs were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the healing time,nursing hours and treatment cost between the two groups（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of red light therapy for the scalp donor sites in patients with bums is better than traditional treatment with ointment and dry-blowing. It can significantly shorten healing time,relieve patients＇ pain and improve work efficiency.
