摘要
目的:观察针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效。方法:54例随机分成两组各27例,两组均用康复训练治疗,治疗组加用针刺治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练联合针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined rehabilitation training on post-stroke dysphagia. Method ： 54 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 27 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with rehabilitation training and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture additionally. The clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Acupuncture combined rehabilitation training has exact therapeutic effect on post-stroke dysphagia.
