摘要
现有研究表明,提高堆积密实度有利于提高混凝土的各项性能。为了实现再生骨料在混凝土中的更好利用,有必要对再生骨料的堆积密度进行系统研究。本研究首先采用"干测法"对再生粗骨料进行堆积密实度测定,然后采用"干测法"和"湿测法"对粗细混合骨料的堆积密实度进行测定,并基于测定结果分析了不同因素对再生骨料堆积密实度的影响。试验结果表明:较大、较小粒径粗骨料的体积比为3∶2时,双混再生粗骨料的干堆积密实度最大,且骨料的粒径差异越大,堆积密实度越高;粗细混合骨料的湿堆积密实度明显高于干堆积密实度,且在水的润滑作用下,砂的填充效应能更好地发挥;再生粗骨料中的较大、较小粒径骨料体积比在3∶2时,粗细混合骨料的湿堆积密实度最优。
Previous studies indicated that the improvement of packing density can benefit all-round performance attributes of concrete. For a better reusing recycled concrete aggregates in concrete producing,it is necessary to carry out systematic study on packing density of recycled concrete aggregate. In this study,a dry packing method was applied to measure the packing densities of recycled coarse concrete aggregate( RCCA); then both dry packing method and wet packing method were used to measure the packing densities of blended fine aggregate( sand) and RCCA. The packing density test results were used to investigate the effects of different factors on the packing of recycled aggregate. From the test results,it was found that: the dry packing density of double blended RCCA achieved maximum when the volumetric ratio of larger size RCCA to smaller size RCCA was about 3 ∶ 2,and as the aggregate size range increased,the packing density increased; the packing density of blended RCCA and sand was much higher under wet condition than dry condition,and the filling effect of sand was better revealed under wet condition; when the volumetric ratio of larger size RCCA to smaller size RCA was at 3∶ 2,the wet packing density of blended RCCA and sand was optimum.
