多因素影响下湿喷混凝土的强度与配比优化 被引量:2

Strength and Mix Proportion Optimization of Wet Shotcrete Under Multiple Factors

摘要 配合比是影响湿喷混凝土强度的关键,而多种因素影响的混凝土最佳配比难以确定。为探究多因素影响下的湿喷混凝土强度发展规律,优化配合比,采用中心复合试验法开展了配合比试验。在中心复合试验中,将废石占比、水泥掺量和水灰比设为影响因素,将湿喷混凝土抗压强度设为响应量,从而建立了强度回归模型,并开展了强度优化分析。建立的强度回归模型P<0.01,极显著;F>3.2,具有统计学意义。湿喷混凝土强度随废石占比增大先提高后降低,随水泥掺量增大、水灰比减小而提高。多因素影响下的强度变化规律与单因素作用下基本一致。提出了C25和C30强度等级的湿喷混凝土最佳配合比,经过试验验证了相关配比的可靠性。 Mix proportion is a key factor to influence the strength of wet shotcrete.But the optimal mix proportion of shotcrete under multiple factors was difficult to determine.To investigate the development of strength of wet shotcrete under the effects of multiple factors and to optimize the mix proportion,the proportioning experiments were carried out by the central composite experiment method.In the central composite experiment,the proportion of waste rock,cement content and water-cement ratio were set as the affecting factors,and the compressive strength of wet shotcrete was set as the response value.Then,the strength regression model was established and the strength optimization analysis was carried out.The P value of constructed strength regression model is less than 0.01,showing a high significance,and the F value of constructed strength regression model is more than 3.2,showing a statistical significance.The strength of wet shotcrete first enhances and then decreases with the increase of the proportion of waste rock,while enhances with the increase of cement mixture and the decrease of watercement ratio.The variation law of strength under the effect of multiple factors is basically the same with that under the effect of single factor.In addition,the optimal proportions of wet shotcrete for C25and C30grades are proposed and tested to verify the reliability of the relevant proportions.
