摘要
文章运用耗散结构理论与熵理论深入研究了物流平台技术创新系统与运营模式创新系统的熵值变化,探讨了物流平台技术创新与运营模式创新的协同机理,建立了物流平台技术与运营模式协同创新的熵变模型,并且对美国明尼苏达州Nestivo公司的熵值变化进行了分析。研究结果表明:只有技术创新与运营模式创新协同运作,才能实现物流平台的可持续发展;物流平台技术创新系统与运营模式创新系统都是开放的复杂系统,对物流平台的可持续发展有着重要影响;运用熵变模型不仅能够把握当前物流平台协同创新系统的运转状况,而且也能为物流平台今后持续开展创新活动提供理论指导。
In this paper,dissipative structure theory and entropy theory are used to study the entropy change of logistics platform's technology innovation system and operation mode innovation system. The synergy mechanism and the entropy change model of logistics platform technology innovation and operation mode innovation were discussed and build. The entropy change of Nestivo Company in Minnesota was analyzed as an example. The results indicate that only through synergy between technology innovation and operation mode innovation can logistics platforms achieve sustainable development. Technology innovation system and operation mode innovation system are complex open systems which play significant roles in the sustainable development of logistics platform. In addition to providing theoretical guidance for the future innovative activities of logistics platforms,the entropy change model can help us grasp the current operating status of logistics platform synergy innovation system.
