摘要
协同创新是当今科技创新的新范式,是提升产业竞争力、区域创新能力的新模式。在研究协同创新体系内涵的基础上,提出富有浙江特色的协同创新体系概念;进而,在调查分析浙江省高新园区内参与协同创新的企业基础上,分析其协同创新体系建设的现状、运行机制与经验,发现存在的问题和不足,并提出完善浙江省高新园区协同创新系统的相关对策建议。
Collaborative innovation is a new paradigm of science and technology innovation, and a new pattern to enhance industrial competitiveness and regional innovation ability. On the basis of studying the definition of collaborative innovation system, this paper puts forward the concept of collaborative innovation system with Zhejiang characteristics. Then, based on the investigation and analysis of cooperative innovation enterprises in high-tech zones of Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the current situation, operational mechanism and experience of the collaborative innovation system in the province＇s high-tech parks, and finds out the existing problems and shortcomings. Finally, the countermeasure and suggestion on improving cooperative innovation system of high-tech parks in Zhejiang Province are proposed.
