摘要
目的:探讨大学生主动性人格、社会支持和自我同一性之间的关系。方法:在西安3所高校选取348名大学生,其中男生164人,女生184人。采用主动性人格量表(PPS),自我同一性状态问卷(EOM-EIS-2)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对其进行调查研究。结果:男生EOM-EIS-2获得、早闭分量表得分高于女生(t=2.73,2.75,P〈0.001);PPS得分、SSRS得分、EOM-EIS-2获得分量表得分两两正相关(r=0.14~0.54,P〈0.01);PPS得分正向预测EOM-EIS-2获得、延缓和早闭分量表得分(β=0.45、0.27、0.14);SSRS得分在PPS得分与EOM-EIS-2获得分量表得分中起调节作用(F=23.93,P〈0.001)。结论:社会支持是主动性人格与自我同一性关系间的调节变量。
Objective:To explore the relationships among proactive personality,social support and ego identity in college students.Methods:Proactive Personality Scale(PPS),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Extend Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status-2(EOM-EIS-2)were used to survey the sample of 348(164 males,223 females)college students.Results:The EOM-EIS-2 scores of identity achievement subscale and foreclosure subscale were higher in males than females(t=2.73,2.75,P0.001).The scores of PPS,SSRS and EOM-EIS-2 identity achievement subscale were positively correlated with each other(r=0.14~0.54,P〈0.01).The scores of PPS positively predicted scores of EOM-EIS-2 identity achievement subscale,moratorium subscale and foreclosure subscale(β=0.45,0.27,0.14).The scores of SSRS had a moderating effect between scores of PPS and EOMEIS-2 identity achievement subscale(F=23.93,P0.001).Conclusion:Social support has a moderating role on the relationship between proactive personality and the identity achievement subscale in college students.
