摘要
尊重生命,调动人在维护健康,防治疴疾中的主观能动性,是中医学重要的主体核心价值观。在该观念指导下,立足于人自身,阐释了正气为本,未病先防,气化保津;既病防变,荡涤邪气,截断扭转,积极救液,是温病谨防卫气营血传变的重要治疗思路。这对于基于《黄帝内经》"治未病"学术视角认真思考温病防治传变,顾护津液的深层次内涵,参悟"脾胃为生命之枢"的核心理念,明确"人"在中医"天地人三才"医学模式中的核心主导地位,提升中医对自然、生命、疾病及防治的认知水平,均具有重要的启示和指导意义。
Respecting life and arousing human initiative on health protection and disease prevention are the most important center value of traditional Chinese medicine. At the guidance of this theory, the important treatment methods of curing wei-qi-ying-xue transformation in development of febrile disease were explained, including the vital qi being first, prevention of disease, protecting the body fluid; preventing deterioration for diseases, wiping out pathogenic factors, truncation and torsion, rescuing body fluid actively. It has important inspiration and guidance significance on thinking about the prevention and control of the disease, the deep connotation of the protection of the fluid based on the academic perspective of ‘cure for disease＇ in HuangdiNeijing. It is also important on understanding the core idea of ‘spleen and stomach as the core of life＇, identifying that ‘man＇ is the core leading position in the medical mode of ‘the three talents of heaven and earth＇ in Chinese medicine, and improving the cognitive level of traditional Chinese medicine in nature, life, disease and prevention.
